We know you're not here for boring admin stuff, but let’s face it — sometimes even the swooniest readers need to know when their cap is arriving or how to return something that doesn’t make them feel like the main character.
“When will my order ship?”
We're a two-girl show running on tea, audiobooks, and pure passion — so please allow 3–5 working days for your order to leave our hands and start its journey to yours. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with all the tracking magic.
“Do you ship internationally?”

“My order hasn’t arrived — what now?”
First, check your tracking info (and your neighbour’s porch). Still nothing? Email us at and we’ll sort it faster than you can say “slow burn.”
“Can I return or exchange something?”
Absolutely — as long as your item is unworn and returned within 14 days. Just drop us an email to start the process. (You’ll need to cover return shipping unless your item is faulty.)
“What payment methods do you accept?”
All the usual suspects: credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other secure payment methods through our platform.
“Who runs The Swoon Society?”
We’re Emily & Ella — sisters, romantasy lovers, and head-over-heels for fictional heartbreak. Read more about our story [here].
“What size are your caps?”
Our caps are adjustable and fit most heads — from “brainy bookworm” to “overthinker in recovery.” If you need exact measurements, just ask!
“Can I suggest a slogan?”

“Is The Swoon Society just for romance fans?”
Not at all. While we’re in our full romance era, we believe every genre can deliver a gut-wrenching, soul-igniting read. If you’ve ever loved a story so much it hurt — you belong here.
